I'm a software engineer and stutter my way through daily- and stakeholder meetings. Also people kinda need to listen to what I have to say (that does not help). Everybody is really accepting and it's part of my "image" I guess. Early in my career I was pretty insecure about my inexperiences but that didn't really affect my stutter (it's still more or less the same after 7 years). Stuttering shouldn't affect your career path, just do what you want to do.
