Not to push meds or anything, but I've had really good results with a small dose of Lexapro (plus, it has zero side effects for me). Apart from that, just feeling confident and happy with myself usually makes me more fluent, as well as always stretching my boundaries and refusing to be silent. Plus, not beating myself up over a bad day - it happens to everyone.
