Some girls/women like feeling as if they're "saving" you, by being really nice to the guy who seems to be having a tough life. Only works if you're handsome and male, preferably white. Don't get mad, it's just the truth. Have a handsome face and everything you do is excusable to some people. Before the downvotes come, this was a cringy post trying to say that a disability gets you laid. Instead of speaking the truth and admitting that people with enough redeeming factors AND a stutter can totally luck out. A cringy answer is only fitting.
