I did a couple years of speech therapy online via teleconferencing with the SLP clinic at the University of Toledo. The head of their SLP department, Dr. Gabel, is heavily involved in stuttering and is/was a PWS himself. They also offer a 2 week intensive speech therapy session during the summer.
