I'm the same age as you, reading your words reminded me of the things I had to give up because it was impossible to reach them with this disability, even though I want this curse to disappear. sometimes I think, will this have any meaning after all this sadness and the things I gave up on, I accept the life I was forced into. I only hope that I succeed in the remaining possible and final choices for me. I don't think I will be happy as long as this curse is still attached to me, but at least I will live.
