Ah I see, it is really difficult at the moment. It's definitely worth it to keep trying. You might be able to refer yourself to your local wellbeing service, theres no harm in ringing them up (or even better emailing them) to see. You could do the same for speech therapy if it's your thing. Have a look to see if there's a centre near wherever you live. I've never been to adult NHS speech therapy but it's worth a look if it appeals to you. You could even start with whatever the wellbeing system is in your college rn if the other options seem like a lot.
