Don't give up. Yes, this shit is HARD but there is joy in life too. I really had to give up my expectations and try to appreciate the good things. The way chocolate tastes with coffee (yummm!) Hugging my teenage sons and husband The smell of freshly cut grass. My cat purring on my lap. If I let myself focus on my challenges too much the world looks gloomy. Selfish assholes everywhere, lack of money, health problems, home repairs etc.
