Yeah it’s a great outlet and a place to commiserate with others...not many like us out there. It’s not very severe, I can usually control it and, definitely a “covert” stutterer. As far as dating, I’m pretty reliant on the apps but I have gone on a ton of dates. I live in an area that doesn’t have a lot of single women so that makes things harder as well. I will admit that my stutter, mixed with fear of rejection has probably kept me out of the traditional dating scene in terms of approaching women in person or going to large mixers/parties.
