I didn’t know either, but ever since I was young when I would play with tech decks (finger skateboards) I couldn’t get my fingers/hands to move specific ways to do tricks. I just felt like if I couldn’t move my fingers! It felt a lot like trying to say a word when you’re having a speech block. So when I would use the tech deck I would try not to think too much about doing the trick but rather I would try to focus on letting my hand move. It’s weird but it reminds me so much of me struggling with my stutter but just in a physical way.
