Have you noticed any improvement? Does he stutter with the therapist? I only noticed an improvement with a therapist when I got older and maybe haven’t talked that often in a while. I never stuttered with my therapist so speaking fluently for half an hour and just talking to someone I don’t know well without judgement helped. As a kid though, unless you’ve seen a noticeable improvement, there’s really no benefit. Actually, being taught to say words a certain way or just avoid it probably made my stutter worse for me in the long run. The best way to help would just be to get him to be as social as possible. The more he talks in those kinds of situations, the more likely it is for speaking to become more instinctual. The more often you think about your stutter the worse it tends to get
