Is it normal to still have problems with speech after speech therapy

Is it normal to still have problems with speech after speech therapy Hey I was wondering if anyone else has this as well for a little background I am currently 15 and all through elementary school I went to speech therapy I graduated from their but I still have a really big problem with my speech I stutter a lot was wondering is this is normal even after speech therapy
