Anxiety reduction and staying positive is just part of my everyday life. Anxiety/depression and the stutter are symbiotic for me. One side causes the other but also reducing one side reduces the other. I practice a sort of meditation, anytime I think my anxiety is getting out of hand. I just sit quietly for ten minutes a day and focus on breathing slowly and relaxing. It has a accumulative affect. The less anxious I am. The more likely I am to put my self in situations I don't like (like drive through takeaway) and exposure therapy myself. Which builds confidence which decreases depression. My work requires alot of phone communication so it's an ongoing maintenance thing but it works for me
