Need help with therapy

Need help with therapy I belong to a country where stuttering isnt even a thing let alone a disorder that needs to be addressed and provided emotional support. I do not have therapists in the city. I did find alot of online sources on my own but i dont quite know how to go about it. Recently, i am going down a bad loophole and want to start therapy and build confidence. Can someone who has had therapy or know anything about it help me?
