Yep, everyone has dysfluencies in their speech. Feel fortunate that it's very mild. It sounds like certain situations are triggers for you- like stressful situations. Personally I try to focus on diaphragm breathing and trying to calm and center myself. I use other techniques from therapy as well, but that's more involved.
