I had the same problem. “Present” was my go to. No matter what everyone else is saying, be different, special. If you have to say “here”, I’d say it without emphasizing the “h”, as in a hard “ear”. It’s a different sound that’s not difficult, and audibly you can’t tell the difference. I did the same answering the telephone. “Ello?” Helped me a lot to avoid blocks.
