Liberals tend to focus more on inclusivity and anti ableism than Republicans do. Leftists are usually more concerned with including people of all different races, physical abilities, sexualities, etc. Republicans seem to be less accepting of anyone who isn't the cookie cutter text book definition of "normal". Republicans definitely seem a lot more ignorant about disabilities, such as stuttering, which is why people who stutter probably feel more acceped in liberal communities. Also the trump (the most famous republican candidate) has openly mocked Biden's stutter, soooo.... yeah
