I'm sure a lot of people you know care a lot. Think how your suicide will affect each one of them. Have you talked this with someone or with your therapist about this? Also, google "suicide line \[your country\]" and you'll probably find a line to call with professionals that may help you, call there please. Also maybe your therapist is not helping that much and you need a different one. Again, please don't do anything stupid.
