Hi Bastian, am Fasel from North Africa. I am sorry that you have recognized that you are a stutterer. I know it is a living hell when it comes to communicating with ppl. For me, I knew that I stutter from childhood, but I wasn't that sensitive to it until I became a university student. Unfortunately, due to it, I quit an MA program because I couldnt control my overwhelming stress, anxiety, and fear I had to face when delivering a presentation in front of my class. However, I advise you to start working on accepting this aspect of ur identity as it will be much stress-free to not think about it alot and talk freely even if stuttering. Also, anxiety and stuttering are correlated. The more you think about what u should say, how u should say it, and not to stutter, the more anxious u will become.
