Coping strategies? Does anyone have any coping strategies they are willing to share. For me… music and spending time in nature. Also, alone time. I’ve learned that I need a lot of time not socialising as my social battery depletes really quickly. I am a covert stutterer. But it’s still there. I don’t work as I get too anxious and then my stutter exacerbates and I crash. I spend serious amounts of time not around people. I’ve wanted to do a lot of things like other people. Money, work, travel, being confident etc. But I’ve learned that I need to take it easy on myself. It’s hard as my self esteem has taken a huge knock. But I’m still going. Meditation has been good for me lately as I get to escape my mind for a bit. And it goes quiet. Rather than overthinking constantly. Anyone else willing to share their coping strategies?
