I relate to this. My worst stutter is me getting blocked after a question is asked. Whenever, someone asks my last name it takes \~5 seconds to get it out. Being met with the "did you have to think about it?" is always fun. I sometimes get caught up on sounds and will extend the sound of the first letter of a word, so saying finally like ffffffffffffffffinally. But I have no issues a majority of the time. My wife says she doesn't even notice. My advice to you is to not even think nor worry about it. The more I ruminate on it the worse it gets, so I try to just ignore it.
