Arab here. When I speak فصحى I speak much fluently (still not perfect). English is also more fluent but I still struggle with some sentences (not as bad as when I speak in dialect). Stutter is like the weirdest problem. When someone say "just spit it out" I don't blame them cuz I'm feeling the same, "why the fuck is my mouth tense and refusing to pronounce this noise? It's just a word why the fuck can't I say it, it make no sense.".
