Does practicing by yourself help? For a while my stutter got better but now it's worse again. I'm 33 and my anxiety hasn't helped because all the techniques I learnt as a kid goes out of the way once that anxiety kicks in, I just can't get a word out and I'm thinking, maybe if I practice everyday , it should help but then again, I feel like the anxiety which is hard to stop, just makes practicing useless. I hope it does help because I feel like this stuttering has limited my life more so as an adult than as a kid.
