If I had a quarter every time that happened to me, I would be Bill Gates. I stopped fighting it and just accepted it. My attitude now is "Who cares? I don't care anymore that I have a stutter." Once I let go, my fluency increased. My confidence increased. I focus on living and NOT my stutter. I don't give a 💩 about my stutter. Don't get me wrong, from time to time I still have blocks but the difference is, I simply don't care anymore. Life is so much better now. My only regret is not doing it sooner. When you take back control, your stutter mo longer controls you. I created a podcast and YouTube Channel where I share my life experiences as a stutterer.
