I was at a lecture once for stutterers and the pathologist giving the lecture claimed that stutterers never stutter in their sleep. Everyone at the time seemed to agree, including myself. However, I’ve definitely had dreams where my stuttering is a/the focal point of the dream and would naturally including stuttering.
