How to deal with relapses? Hi guys, this is my first post here. I have a pretty mild adult onset stutter. It started around 3 years back. I have no idea why, I guess I was under a little emotional stress but nothing major. Anyway, so I have trouble with the r sound and r cluster sounds like pr, fr, etc. Not always but on some days. I started speech therapy around 6 months. I got control of my stutter but recently i feel I have hit a relapse. Blocking on r sounds again like before the therapy. How do you guys deal with your relapses and how to get back on track ?
