I’ve always been a blocker, but I occasionally have stereotypical stutters on ‘S’ sounds. It’s definitely more confusing to people who haven’t seen it before and I’m usually understanding if they try and make jokes about it. I’m sure all of us here have had people assume we’re just too tired to remember our name or where we go to school. The best way I’ve found to deal with this is exaggerating a little to make it obvious to whoever I’m talking to that I stutter and am not just having a brain fart
