Sometimes, like a medication that I sometimes give called Librium, sometimes find it easier to refer to it as its "fancy" generic name Chlordiazepoxide. Luckily most colleagues will understand what med I'm referring to haha. Also, probably less fancy, I tend to find it hard to say "bye" or "goodnight" and instead say something like "see you later" or just "alright, s'later"
