Can't relate. All the speech therapists I had know stuttering, and they had a few stuttering clients and some therapists stutter themselves. Since yours suck, here some free speech therapy stuff. Prolongation: If you have a block, prolong soft consonants. Sometimes you let it prolong naturally, but don't always force yourself to prolong it. Repetition: For hard consonants, with the same conceot as prolongation. Easy onset: Do a soft H sound or exhale a little bit for syllables/words that starts with vowels. Talk slowly: More like, give your brain space to "prepare"for the next word or syllable. Pausing: Pause every few words. This technique greatly helps me. Focus on the melody: Don't focus on the word/syllable as a whole. Be mindful of each consonant, phoneme, or sound you speak. Like singing, almost. Robot/Rhythmic speech: Break up every syllable and pit boundaries around each one. Every stutterer has their own individualistic needs so not every technique will help you nor some that helped me will not help you. :)
