Try talking slower as if you’re reading out the words you’re trying to say in your head. It’s a technique that helped me out a lot. I managed to go from an incompletely unable to speak to a good and decent public speaker. The only time I break my conditioning is when I’m mad or nervous. There’s a light at the end of the tunnel. The first step is to accept it and not let it defeat you.
