Practice for what you are going to say in that presentation everyday until you become very confident and know what to say, speak slowly and avoid eye contact, you can take a pause while you are speaking, breathe and be calm I know its easy to say that but this presentation might be the reason to reduce your fear of speaking (cuz of stuttering) i have severe stutter but i've done a presentation before and it wasn't that bad cuz i had that one thought that kept repeating in my head saying: "now or never" and it worked out just speak mindlessly cuz speaking is an unconcious thing to do I know you can do this i believe in you 🙏 If u ever needed any help feel free to talk to me.
