My 2 cents: Prepare as best you can and go into the interview with the mindset.....I'm here to interview them. It totally shifts your focus and energy to see if YOU want to work there. I can not tell you how many job interviews I bombed, but I learned from each one, and I apply what I learned to the next job interview. Good luck!
