I’ve found two things that help my stutter: physical exercise and using different apps on my iPhone. Physical exercise helps with underlying stress and can be as simple as taking a long walk at a brisk pace. The stuttering apps help you modulate your speech and help correct hard blocks. There are many apps, so find one that targets your specific needs. I also like a new app called WHISP. Google it.
