Same positive experience! When I used to spend every waking hour trying to hide my stutter, and then got insulted when people didn’t wait patiently for me to finish, that just made no sense. They did not know why I was pausing awkwardly! As soon as I told people, most all had no problem waiting patiently - and also my blocks started to melt away
