I'm 22, and I stutter as well. I also have a lisp and I have difficulty with my S, Sh, and Th sounds. I definitely get where you're coming from, doing speech therapy as an adult made me feel bad. But now, still with some issues, I just accept that it's how I talk. I'm *usually* understandable, and that's really all that matters to me.
