I feel you, I'm in my mid 20's and have been stuttering (mainly repetition and blocks) since I was 5 years old. It can be a bit tricky in professional environments since there is no cure for it or a one-way-fits-all method to prevent a stutter but I've found it helpful to just inform the people that I talk to about my stutter (whether that would be before a presentation or when talking to a new group of people), to let them know that they should just give me the time I need to say what I want to say. That way there is less mental pressure on me to take less time when speaking if a stutter manages to slip past any techniques I try to use to mask it. It's pretty self explanatory I guess but just know that you aren't alone and I'm glad you aren't letting your stutter hold you back!
