I noticed when I eat healthier, exercise regularly my stutter is less. I think stutter is an overall body experience/response to trauma(not emotional but overall well being). We all know that our stutter affects our whole body. Having a healthy and strong body i feel like helps with managing stutter. Not a cure. But management will get better as you have more control over your body. Also the confidence boost of having a sick ass sexy body. I think the overall boost of your b1 is because your body feels good. Personally, i love my vitamin bcomplex as my daily supplements before i start my day. Anyway, what are your doses of vitamin b1 and what is the capsule form? Currently i added ashwaghanda.
