I get stuck with words with N, P could anyone suggest ways to control it?

I get stuck with words with N, P could anyone suggest ways to control it? When I use words that start with N or P my mouth tenses and freezes. T counter that I try to slur the words and end up being incoherent. It doesn't always help.
