I feel you. Had a teacher in high school tell me something similar to your case. I stuttered through my whole speech, on every sentence, and asked if i even wrote it and practiced. She asked if id do it in front of her only but i explained that it wouldnt do any difference. Fortunately, during my senior year, i had a differnt teacher and he was very curious about my stutter and wanted to know more and he was very acceptant about it.
