I live in east eu. There is no such thing as HR department, What works for me is applying for a job that I am so overqualified that is almost a joke. It like they cant not take u no matter what u do. That means applying for jobs that only requires a high school finished and even that is not really required even tho u finished a tough college. Like a super min. wage job. Every time I applied for a job that that suits my education and I was "promised" I will have it cuz of my high education as soon as the actual spoken interview happened I didn't get it. Even if for that job I was also a little overqualified
