Should I apply for this job?

Should I apply for this job? I’ve been looking into work from home companies and I am wanting to apply to a 1099(Independent Contractual) type of position. I’ve been looking into Arise, Liveops, etc.. But these are call center and/or phone positions. I have a mild to moderate stutter and was wondering if I should apply for this type of position?
