Dealing with stuttering my whole life

Dealing with stuttering my whole life I entered university hoping that my stutter will disappear or become less noticable as I'm doing presentations, public speaking and even working as a teacher assistant. Nothing has improved, I come to a presentation and I'm excited to talk to people and show them my work but I just stutter through the whole thing. I'm currently doing my last semester and starting to realize that I'm gonna stutter my whole remaining life. How do you deal with this? Its eating me up.
