I wonder if this happen to other people

I wonder if this happen to other people Do you struggle to say “Thank you” whenever someone does something for you, like handing you your pizza, or opening the door for you? It makes me feel so bad to not be able to say it and I end up saying it in a lower voice when I’m already at a distance from them lol
