Something I've noticed that reduce my stuttering
Content
Something I've noticed that reduce my stuttering I'm working at a nursing home for the elderly this summer, and I often have shifts that start in the middle of the day. I have noticed that my stuttering is significantly worse the days I'm being a lazy piece of shit before my shifts, the days where I don't bother to shower, eat a good breakfast, workout, and pretty much just lay on the couch browsing YouTube. However, when I wake up earlier in the day, eat a healthy breakfast, drink loads of water, workout, stretch, shower, and clean my apartment, I feel so much better when I start my shift. As a result, I can control my stuttering a lot better, and I can actually feel less tension in my chest. I obviously still stutter, but a lot less.
