Tough one. Initially I was going to say to brainstorm possible questions beforehand and how you would answer them. Also, know your material. But yes, sometimes there are sensitive questions with no good answers. I imagine there are well-written books out there. Another option could be a sales/customer service course? Seek out professionals.
