Ayo bumper words are my best friend. Once you learn what words can easily segue into a word that you usually stutter on, the sky becomes the limit! Something else that helped me out is not even pronouncing the word correctly. For example "sugarcoat" I would always stutter. I cut out saying the g and haven't stuttered the word since. Some words you can definitely get away with stuff like that
