I've done a lot of phone call practice. Start by calling people within your comfort zone (family, friends, close work colleagues) and then branch out more and more to strangers (hotels, restuarants etc). Also, when receiving phone calls, especially from potential employers, always disclose your stutter if they don't know. That will take a huge pressure off your shoulders and you should feel less anxious and hopeully speak better too.
