Well... you sort of have to be ready for it. You're going to be anxious, and it's going to suck more or less, and you'll have more problems managing your stutter... but maybe if you're prepared it won't be as bad next time. Just remember that you're not completely in control of these things. Also, what do you mean by "the same level of body tension in the outside world"? ~~EDIT: Who's downvoting?~~
