I’m French and I stutter. I rarely have negative experiences about my stutter. Sometimes people might be « bored » because I can’t speak fluently and as fast as normal person but it’s not a big deal :) I don’t know if social services takes care of stuttering issues but I wasn’t the case for me and I have never heard about this.
