Yeah, having something that helps me not be so anxious stops the vicious stutter-social anxiety cycle. Best of luck! I feel your pain and hope you can find something that helps. Oh, and one other thing that's helped me calm down: magnesium! I use a powder called Natural Calm. (I'd link but I'm on my phone and don't know how.) It also has a great side effect of easing muscle soreness after workouts - another thing I do to ease stress and anxiety.
