I can also answer “kinda”, since my stutter used to be really severe when I was a kid (started around 7-8) and now it’s gotten better. I did speech therapy briefly but I’m not sure if that’s the reason why I’m more fluent now. It’s not gone by any means, but a lot of my comfort and confidence even while stuttering has to do with self-acceptance and building self-esteem. Does wonders.
